Similarly, LOGA will cancel or rectify the data if they prove to be inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant to their end, in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data. LOGA adopts the corresponding security levels required by Organic Law 15/1999 and other applicable standards.

However, there is no absolute guarantee for system invulnerability, therefore, LOGA will not assume responsibility for damage and injury derived from a disorder that a third party may cause in computer systems, electronic documents or user files.

If you choose to leave our site via links to sites external to our organization, LOGA will not be responsible for the privacy policies of those sites or the cookies that may be stored on the user's computer.

Our policy with regard to e-mail is centered on sending e-mails that you have requested.
