4. Availability and Replacements

PRODUCTS

In the event of total or partial unavailability of the order, it will be blocked automatically and dispatched as soon as ALL the products of the order are available. In the event that the replacement of the product offered is refused by the customer, the refund will be made within 15 working days.

5. Purchasing and Engagement Process

BILLING

6. Delivery

PRODUCTS

The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase according to the method chosen.

The credit will be reduced by the amount of delivery costs incurred by LOGA including during operations "Free shipping" since our company pays in all cases the amount of delivery to the carrier.

In the event that the package is returned for a reason attributable to you (unclaimed package, incorrect / incomplete address, etc.), you will have to pay new delivery costs before any re-shipment of the package.

Our deliveries are all made at "no door" that is to say they are made at the bottom of your building or in front of the gate. You must therefore make your arrangements in order to receive your package and transport it by your own means. The same goes for product assembly.

ATTENTION: When you detect the NON reception of a product, or the reception of a product different from what you ordered where it is not in conformity with what appears on the site, the customer will have a  delay of 48 hours  since receipt to notify the incidence.

9. Returns and Cancellation Policy

LOGA will communicate to the consumer on a durable medium an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal. To return a product, it is essential that it is in perfect condition and that it is returned in its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used. Once received their request, we will contact the customer to give them the details of the refund.

The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.


OBSERVATIONS

LOGA will not exchange or reimburse any product handled or misuse of the customer, breakage, etc .; any warranty will be lost. In the event of defective products, the shipping costs will be borne by LOGA. In other cases, they will be borne by the client; and which correspond to the initial shipping costs + 20%. If the cancellation of the order is communicated before sending it, the customer will be absolved of all costs. In case of replacement of a product, it may not necessarily be the same as the previous one but in all cases it will be an improved version or similar. If the product is in good condition, but the packaging (box, plastic or packaging) is not in good condition, no refund will be made and vice versa.

10. Guarantee

The products acquired through  www.LOGA.com  benefit from a warranty period of 2 years from the date of receipt, which covers possible manufacturing faults in the product, as well as any other failure produced during this period.

The user must inform LOGA of the lack of conformity within two months after becoming aware of it.

The buyer has 1 year warranty from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice. Depending on the conditions of use and the products, we may study an extended warranty or offer a personalized warranty. LOGA will not be responsible for damage caused by an unprofessional installation, by products modified or handled by the customer or any other person not authorized by the manufacturer, by misuse, handling and / or short circuits as well as any another sign of abuse. The product to be repaired or replaced must always correspond to that sent by LOGA, accompanied by the delivery note and / or the invoice. In case of repair of a product, the customer can manage this repair directly, process it and make the shipment. To this end, please contact LOGA and request the necessary instructions and authorization from RMA. It is very important that all product returns are perfectly made, packaged and protected without labels on the original packaging and protections. If the product arrives at LOGA premises with damage due to insufficient packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered by the warranty. If you do not have the original packaging, you must use a resistant package of sufficient size to allow the insertion of the corresponding products. It is recommended that the customer uses protective material in sufficient quantity (bubble wrap, foam, etc.) to avoid any movement of the product inside the package and thus avoid breakage.

Consumable products, deficiencies caused by negligence, improper use or handling, connection to the electrical network other than that indicated, incorrect installation or any defect related to an external cause are excluded from the guarantees.

On products of a lasting nature, the consumer will be entitled to technical service as well as to the stock of spare parts for at least 5 years from the date on which the manufacture of the product has ended, without the price of these being able to increase after the have applied in repairs.

LOGA is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of using the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by people, damage to property outside the product. , loss of profit or profit.

11. Liability and Disclaimer

The consumer and the user have the right to repair the product, to replace it, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract, in accordance with what is indicated in Chapter II Tit. IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
If the product does not correspond to the order, the consumer can choose between repairing or replacing the product, the two options will be free for the customer, which will be carried out within a reasonable time depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended for.
